I am not looking for answers here.
no solace they give me.
Rather are they questions that keep me going?
let me keep afloat for a little longer. I ask.

I know not time will betray when
no comfort shall be my award.
such pompousness, such audacity then?
let me walk for a little longer. I ask.

unprepared will I find me for the truth?
no contentment I do seek.
I say pander to my desires. O universe.
let me be non-commital for a while longer. I ask.

I surely know not what I seek here
no judgment of it I have it seems.
I say why I delay accepting the inevitable
let me be your slave right away. I ask.
